Shipping policy

Deux s.e.n.c. orders ship all around the world. Our shipping fees are as follows:

• The consumer is responsible for all taxes, customs fees, and expenses associated with the importation of orders outside of Quebec. These fees are not included in the shipping charges.
• Orders shipped within Canada are delivered by Canada Post.
• Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment.
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 days from the date of order in Canada.
• Deux s.e.n.c. is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service. Delivery time by Canada Post may vary and is beyond our control.
